Data is transferred over a secure (encrypted) connection. This data is not stored on our own servers; it is processed by our advertising and analytics providers. The app does not offer a method to request data deletion, but you can reset or delete your advertising identifier and clear locally stored data by adjusting your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Consent and Google User Messaging Platform (CMP)
Our app integrates with Google AdMob and complies with Google's Consent Management Platform (CMP) requirements for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before showing personalized or non-personalized ads, and to handle advertising identifiers and cookies accordingly.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from within the app's settings (look for the "Privacy options" / consent menu) or by resetting your device's advertising identifier in your device settings.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored on your device.

دادههای گزارش (Log Data)
هرگاه از سرویس ما استفاده میکنید، در صورت بروز خطا ممکن است دادهها و اطلاعاتی (از طریق محصولات شخص ثالث) روی دستگاه شما با نام «دادههای گزارش» جمعآوری شود. این موارد میتواند شامل اطلاعاتی مانند آدرس IP دستگاه، نام دستگاه، نسخهٔ سیستمعامل، پیکربندی اپلیکیشن، زمان و تاریخ استفاده و سایر آمارها باشد.
دادههایی که جمعآوری میشود (Data Safety گوگل پلی)
مطابق با اظهارنامهٔ «ایمنی دادهها» (Data safety) ما در گوگل پلی، جدول زیر دستهبندی دادههایی را که ممکن است توسط سرویسهای شخص ثالث درون اپلیکیشن جمعآوری شود خلاصه میکند. هیچ دادهای با طرفهای سوم همرسانی (اشتراکگذاری) نمیشود.

بدون همرسانی داده رمزگذاریشده در حین انتقال
دادهها از طریق یک اتصال امن (رمزگذاریشده) منتقل میشوند. این دادهها روی سرورهای ما ذخیره نمیشوند و توسط ارائهدهندگان تبلیغاتی و تحلیلی ما پردازش میگردند. این برنامه روشی برای درخواست حذف دادهها ارائه نمیدهد، اما شما میتوانید با بازنشانی یا حذف شناسهٔ تبلیغاتی و پاک کردن دادههای محلی از طریق تنظیمات دستگاه یا حذف نصب برنامه، آنها را کنترل کنید.
رضایت و پلتفرم پیامرسانی کاربر گوگل (CMP)
اپلیکیشن ما با Google AdMob یکپارچه شده و با الزامات پلتفرم مدیریت رضایت گوگل (CMP) برای کاربران در منطقهٔ اقتصادی اروپا (EEA)، بریتانیا و سوئیس مطابقت دارد. ما از پلتفرم پیامرسانی کاربر گوگل (UMP) استفاده میکنیم تا پیش از نمایش تبلیغات شخصیسازیشده یا غیرشخصیسازیشده، رضایت شما را دریافت کرده و شناسههای تبلیغاتی و کوکیها را بر همان اساس مدیریت کنیم.

این سرویس بهصورت صریح از کوکیها استفاده نمیکند. با این حال، اپلیکیشن ممکن است از کد و کتابخانههای شخص ثالثی استفاده کند که برای جمعآوری اطلاعات و بهبود خدمات خود از کوکیها و فناوریهای مشابه بهره میبرند. شما میتوانید این کوکیها را بپذیرید یا رد کنید و هنگام ارسال کوکی به دستگاهتان مطلع خواهید شد. اگر کوکیها را رد کنید، ممکن است نتوانید از برخی بخشهای این سرویس استفاده کنید.

نگهداری دادهها
اطلاعاتی که وارد میکنید بهصورت محلی روی دستگاه شما ذخیره میشود و با پاک کردن دادههای اپلیکیشن یا حذف نصب آن قابل حذف است. دادههای گزارش خطا و تحلیلی که توسط ارائهدهندگان شخص ثالث ما پردازش میشوند، تنها تا زمانی که برای اهداف توضیحدادهشده در این سیاست لازم باشد یا قانون ایجاب کند نگهداری شده و سپس حذف یا ناشناسسازی میشوند.
امنیت
ما برای اعتماد شما در ارائهٔ اطلاعات شخصیتان ارزش قائلیم و تلاش میکنیم از روشهای تجاری قابلقبول برای محافظت از آن استفاده کنیم. اما به یاد داشته باشید که هیچ روش انتقال از طریق اینترنت یا روش ذخیرهٔ الکترونیکی ۱۰۰٪ امن و قابلاعتماد نیست و ما نمیتوانیم امنیت مطلق آن را تضمین کنیم.

حریم خصوصی کودکان
این خدمات هیچکس زیر ۱۳ سال را مخاطب قرار نمیدهند. ما آگاهانه اطلاعات شناساییپذیر شخصی از کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال جمعآوری نمیکنیم. در صورتی که متوجه شویم کودکی زیر ۱۳ سال اطلاعات شخصی در اختیار ما قرار داده، بلافاصله آن را از سرورهای خود حذف میکنیم. اگر والد یا سرپرست هستید و میدانید که فرزندتان اطلاعات شخصی در اختیار ما قرار داده است، لطفاً با ما تماس بگیرید تا اقدام لازم را انجام دهیم.
